Dedication of Plaque, Loyalton, 12noon. Major William Downie Chapter 1849 of the honorable order E Clampus Vitus in a partnered effort with the great townspeople of Loyalton, CA will dedicate a historical plaque to commemorate the contribution Loyalton has provided to Sierra County and California.
