PERFORMANCE INFO FROM 2013, BANDS FOR 2014 TBA

Edgewater EDGEWATER is a newly formed Lake Almanor Area band that plays a mix of Classic Rock & Roll, Progressive & Alternative Rock, Rhythm & Blues, and Blues. The band's members consist of Greg Rogers (guitar, lead vocals), Joe Aman (guitar, vocals), Grant Holliday (bass guitar, vocals), and Owen Rogers (drums, percussion). The band was founded in 2012 when band members met for an informal jam session. With various musical influences from Joe Satriani, Joe Bonamassa, Stevie Ray Vaughn, and Foo Fighters the band quickly bonded and began its current musical journey. As a newly formed band, Edgewater has played locally in the Lake Almanor basin and looks to expand their exposure throughout Plumas, Lassen and other surrounding counties.
The Back 40 is an alternative country and rock band formed in mid-2008 when multi-instrumentalist Tommy Miles got some friends together in Quincy to begin working on a new group originally envisioned as a classic and alternative country act. The goal was to develop a repertoire of the music of classic country artists (Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Buck Owens, and Emmylou Harris, for example) along with country-influenced rock and the music of new artists from the Austin music scene among others. The event is produced in partnership with Plumas Arts.
All brew-tasting proceeds will benefit the Music and Drama Programs at Chester High School.
